To visit the site in order to study the following aspects of the project:

• Review of capital cost estimates, its certification and intimation to Lenders for disbursement. Reviewing of the actual cost incurred on different contracts with that of the planned and reports the same to the Lenders.

• Reviewing overall progress of project contracts (construction & equipment). Reviewing work plans and quality control procedures.

• On site visits for observations of the work in progress to determine that the Project is proceeding in general accordance with the Project schedule and the agreed upon design concepts.

• Review of quality control reports as prepared / available at site with respect to adherence to overall base case business plan / contract guidelines.

• Review adherence to environmental regulations and terms & conditions of various statutory approvals obtained and report on non-conformity, if any.

• Review the status of various approvals / permits / licences / certificates, etc as required by the Company for commencement of commercial operations of the project.

Insurance Survey & Loss Assessment
